1) Quality not very good.
2) Price is too high for the quality of the product.
3) Wheels are too much sensitive and start moving on even upon sitting on the chair.

I have been using the Liberate HB Model for my Home Office over a month now. The ergonomic design and sitting comfort is very good. Also, two-way adjustable arm should have been included given the high price.
